Fire Extinguisher Training Workplace First Response

Our nationally accredited Workplace First Response Fire Training Course will ensure that all of your employees are suitably trained in the safe use of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Blankets. This training course includes both a theoretical and a practical component to ensure that your employees can safely handle workplace emergencies.

• Raising the alarm
• Fire Safety & Evacuation
• Classes of Fire
• Types of Fire Extinguishers
• Safety procedures when fighting fires
• Fire fighting Tactics
• PRACTICAL SESSIONS: Using a Fire extinguisher, Fire Hose Reel & Fire Blanket

Participants will gain hands-on practical experience with fire-fighting equipment. They will also be instructed in correct Fire fighting tactics and safety procedures.

Successful trainees receive a Statement of Attainment for Confined Space which is recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.Assessment:Written & Practical Assessment

Nationally Recognised Course PMAOHS212A Undertake First Response to Fire Incidents.

This course is accreditted by Fire and Safety Australia RTO 22250

To ensure maximum benefit; this training course should be conducted with Fire Warden and Evacuation Training on the same day. If required a Fire Safety Trainer can visit your workplace to determine your fire safety equipment and training needs.
