Confined Space Rescue team for FPSO Crystal Ocean
Pinnacle Rescue have been chosen to supply a dedicated three man professional Confined Space Rescue standby team on behalf of AGR Asia Pacific on the FPSO Crystal Ocean
The FPSO Crystal Ocean is currently in dry dock in Brisbane undergoing maintenance and upgrading. This complex vessel which is generally at work in Bass straight has numerous confined spaces being entered at any one point in time during the scope of works. Over the 6 week scope of works, the Pinnacle Rescue team have investigated all of the Confined Spaces, documented individual tank Rescue plans and ensured a comprehensive Rescue equipment Kit is on board. Our onboard team are at the ready in the case of an emergency assisting AGR to meet all of its obligations under WH&S legislation, and assisting to minimise risk. - Pinnacle Safety personnel have comprehensive knowledge of entry permits (hazard identification) attendant and entrant responsibilities, personal protective equipment, atmospheric monitoring, respiratory protection and retrieval systems for confined Spaces.
- All Rescue team members have extensive rope rescue skills to enable rescues in both confined Spaces and any work at Height situation.
- Our Team members are fully equipped for and prepared to provide: patient assessment, patient packaging and basic life support measures
- Standby rescue teams are self-equipped with the necessary rescue gear which includes, but is not limited to: personal protective equipment, technical rope systems and hardware, atmospheric monitoring equipment, intrinsically safe lighting, first aid equipment and patient packaging equipment (BA etc)
